Code39 Barcode contains 43 characters: upper case letters (A-Z), numbers (0-9), special characters (-, ., $, /, +, %)and strart-stop symbol *.

The Code39 specification does not define check sum, however start and stop symbols are necessary for correct recognition. Thus to encode 345/678,90 you have to print *345/678,90*.
